Meet Our Team

I’m Ashleigh, the LA-loving, London-living Liverpudlian behind Pink Palms.

Pink Palms Is so called because when I moved to LA, I immediately fell in love with its ombré pink skies, towering palm trees and warm summer nights. Being fully immersed in such a creative environment made a big life shift happen - and it’s where Pink Palms all started back in 2017!

Having trained in interior design and styling, I brought those frameworks into Pink Palms and built our whole event design ethos around them. Our whole team uses the same frameworks. I love working with sought-after trend forecasters to create forward-thinking event design, and factor in global research to keep us on the front foot.

In my spare time, you can almost always find me at Soho House, a new London venue admiring the interiors or a design show soaking up inspiration, or I’ll be at home watching football with my husband (he’s an Arsenal fan - but someone’s got to be!)

I’m a HUGE Liverpool fan & have gone to the match with my Dad & uncles since I was little

Hey I’m Claire!

You’ll mostly find me behind the scenes at Pink Palms HQ, making sure that everything is ticking along nicely so the team can do what they do best!

I have a background in events, project management, business ops and finance, I joined the Pink Palms team back in 2020 and have loved every minute of the ride so far!

I’ve lived in London my whole life, and still love finding the all of the hidden gems the city has to offer. In my spare time you’ll find me hanging out with a small human and a fur baby!

5 THINGS ABOUT ME:

My absolute favourite place in the world is Thailand
I ride a very pink bicycle (keeping it on brand at all times!)
Music makes my soul happy - anything from Kanye all the way through to the Beatles!
I passed my AAT qualification in bookkeeping and accounting
I once held a Guinness World Record for the most people doing the time warp in one room - an extremely random achievement!

I am Christelle, living in London for over 20 years, Belgium born and raised and Congolese originated.

I’ve loved weddings and events from the moment of my first one at aged 7. I discovered my passion for weddings while coordinating weddings for friends and family & I have over 15 years’ hospitality experience.

My new ethos is go for what I want and what makes my heart boom!

In my spare time, you will find me enjoying family time in the UK and Belgium

Stacey - The Graphic Designer & Event Planner

Hello I'm Stacey! - Born and raised in Hertfordshire, I am the definition of a 'why' child. You can always count on me to ask a question (or 3) but I thrive on being around people and learning the stories that people have to share!

I trained in Visual Merchandising and have since had a successful career in Marketing which is still going strong. More recently - and to satisfy an itch I needed to creatively scratch - I graduated as a Graphic Designer which means I've got a really good understanding of the creative thinking process, working to deadlines, & translating a brief into something wonderful by way of colour, style, theme & purpose.

My favourite things to do involve family, food & a large glass of wine so most weekends, this is the activity of choice! However, I love to try new things and seek out up and coming restaurants, shows and events!
