Beverly Hills Package

This is the one for the design geeks! It's the ultimate blended package of planning and styling. If you want to enjoy your engagement period by being stress free and organsied, and create an event design that will be pinned on Pinterest thousands of times over-this is for you! Your wedding day will be everything you hoped and more, with me as your wedding planning and styling wingwoman.

I'll be there from the very beginning guiding you both, and helping you create the best memories of your planning process and wedding day. Together we'll curate a moodboards for your day, choose amazing suppliers who will nail the design brief based on your spending plan. We'll make sure you're on track with logistical aspects like guest lists and timelines. You will be as organised as possible using my Aisle Planner account, an incredible wedding planning software (and the envy of project managers that you may know).

Then we dream and create! We'll hand select items so your wedding design is seamless, and choose super fresh stationery, cool bridal party outfits, make up and hair styles, imaginative table design, gorgoeus florals and creative installations: the sky is the limit! We tell your story up to your wedding day through all these elements.

Hire of small props from my lovingly curated collected are included with a full planning package

Fee: 10 - 15% of total budget depending on location and complexity (minimum fee of £3500 applies)

Santa Monica Package

Have you planned your  wedding and have your own design concepts, but realised you need someone to bring your design to life? We'll meet at your wedding venue to run through your ideas, and I build upon your design brief and create an amazing event through suggesting concepts and suppliers. The Pink Palms team will set up and style on the day, leaving you both to relax and focus on enjoying  your wedding morning. This is a great option for creative couples, who want to have imaginative details but need a creative sidekick to bring it all together and make your day SHINE!

Fee: starts from £1500

Malibu Package

This is for couples who know their day needs a little something else, but aren't too sure what's missing. Is it the venue itself or your wedding design? I get lots of enquiries a few months out requesting venue visits as couples feel their venue needs a little something to make their day a little more 'them'. I'll push you to go for deep down what you really want (and not to worry about what Aunt Sal thinks!) We do a venue visit together, and I create design concepts or elements based on your budget, and with details of incredible suppliers who can execute the vision. Afterwards if you feel you need a little extra help, you can upgrade this package to the Santa Monica above, and deduct the Malibu package price.

Elopement Packages

I specialise in elopements in Southern California. I left my heart there, it truly is so beautiful! The west coast offers any kind of wedding you want-beach, mountains, ski resort or desert, Cali has got you covered.

Why do you need an elopement planner?

  • I use trusted local suppliers in SoCal. It can be really time-consuming contacting suppliers in different time zones, so having a list of trusted suppliers gets you off to a flying start!
  • Elopements usually mean additional organisation is needed for guests, I can organise travel itineraries-just relax and leave it to me
  • I visit LA regularly to source new venues and suppliers. It's important you are able to meet your planner regularly throughout your planning journey, and we can travel to California to view venues and finalise suppliers.
